For many different reasons private sessions can be a great idea:
You want to learn taiji but your time is limited or your availability is variable?
we can adapt and agree on a flexible schedule outside of the group training hours.
You prefer to not learn within a group?
sure enough, your attention may stay better focused in a one-to-one setting
You want to take care of a chronic pain, maybe prevent future injuries?
and you consider taiji as a way to improve your health and strength condition? We are no doctors but the taiji toolset and methods can be of great help to take good care of the body and rebuild movement patterns to loosen up and strengthen the joints, also to calm the mind and generally to empower people. A private coaching can fully target your needs according to your constitution.
You want to learn the martial art, make fast progress in a very focused way with immediate feedback and corrections?
You are at the right place: with a private coaching you can learn the movements precisely and how to apply them. Remember though that most of the work leading to progress will have to be done by you:
we share the toolset with you, you're the one who will be training with the "tools" and methods of our style in order to mould your body gradually. This is the meaning of gongfu: it is not to be given, it is to be acquired.
Let's say in general that a private coaching will help you stay motivated and reach your goals. Please note that I can conduct personal training sessions in English, German, French or Italian; I'm more or less fluent in all four languages. This can be done in-person, online or in a hybrid kind of way.
The base price is 80€/h (60€ if online). If money is a problem but the motivation is high, we can find a solution. Book your first private session here! it's always better to contact me before the session in order to discuss your goals and motivation.
A regular 1:1 coaching can be agreed upon for people seriously committed to the practice. We are very much looking forward to help any motivated person build for himself/herself a meaningful, holistic program, and a serious taijiquan practice, to build and hone skills.
Such coaching, especially if not in-person, may or may not include video calls, recordings, annotated screenshots or videos.
If this is something you are looking for, I'm glad to be of service. Contact me so that we can discuss time allotment and coaching strategy, along with your prior experience and your goals.
